Work is well underway at the Tshwane University of Technology campus in Midrand, where a new student auditorium is currently taking shape.

Our team is on site supporting the slab and staging works, with the project running through to August 2026. As construction progresses, the decking system is being continuously rotated in phases to keep the build moving efficiently and on schedule.

Projects like these are always exciting to be part of, creating spaces that will eventually bring students together for learning, events and campus life for years to come.

We've been on site at the Parklane Apartments in Cape Town since February, and we're on track to wrap up around July 2026.

We covered both hire and sales of formwork, running Uni-Lite Column and Wall Panels for the vertical elements, and our Uni-Flex system using Pfeifer Beam and Props for the slab work. If you know, you know. That combination makes light work of a residential build like this.

Residential developments like this one move fast and demand consistency across every pour. Having the right equipment configured correctly from the start makes all the difference, and that's exactly what the team focused on delivering here.

We’re proud of the work that's gone into this one.

A beautiful build is taking shape in Franschhoek. This project involves the construction of a new private dwelling for an international client, and we’ve been on site providing the access scaffolding, formwork and support work needed to keep things moving smoothly from start to finish.

For the pool structure, our Uni-Lite system was used for the pool walls, giving the team the strength and precision needed for a clean finish.

Work is underway in Krugersdorp, where a new reinforced concrete reservoir is being built as part of a wastewater treatment upgrade.

The structure will house three key components of the treatment system: an equalisation tank, a UASB reactor, and a calamity tank. Together they help regulate incoming wastewater, break down organic material using anaerobic bacteria, and provide emergency storage to prevent environmental discharge during maintenance or system overloads.

Given the scale of the build, the project uses NOE timber-faced panels to handle the large wall pours, while EF panels support the many upstanding beams, with timber beams and plywood decking used for the flat deck sections.

It’s a big structure with an important job, helping ensure wastewater is treated efficiently before it reaches the environment.

We love seeing our systems making a real difference, like this effluent tank project led by KL6 Construction & Civils.

This tank is built to treat wastewater and prevent pollution, protecting both the environment and the surrounding community. Our Uni-Lite modular walling system helped the team complete all formwork in just 3 weeks and in a single continuous pour. Two months later, the full structure was complete and ready for action.
