🍋🍤 Creamy Prawn & Pea Linguine 🍤🍋
Silky mascarpone, sweet peas, tender prawns and fresh lemon tossed through perfectly cooked linguine 🍝✨
An easy Italian-inspired dinner that feels comforting, fresh and full of flavour.
👩‍🍳 Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 320 g linguine
• 200 g frozen peas
• 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
• Large pinch chilli flakes
• 300–400 g cooked small prawns
• 250 g mascarpone
• 100 g rocket
• Juice of 1 lemon + zest of ½ lemon
• Salt & black pepper
Method:
1️⃣ Cook the linguine in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes until al dente.
2️⃣ Add the frozen peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
3️⃣ Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
4️⃣ Fry the garlic and chilli flakes for about 30 seconds, without browning.
5️⃣ Add the prawns and toss gently in the garlic oil.
6️⃣ Stir in the mascarpone, rocket, lemon juice and zest. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the rocket wilts.
7️⃣ Drain the pasta and peas, then add to the sauce and toss well to combine.
8️⃣ Season with salt and black pepper before serving.

🍝❤️ Grandma’s Classic Lasagna ❤️🍝
Rich tomato sauce, layers of creamy ricotta, perfectly seasoned meat, and golden bubbling mozzarella… this is the kind of comforting lasagna that brings everyone to the table 🤍
A true Italian-inspired family favourite, made for sharing 🍷✨
👩‍🍳 Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 225 g ground beef chuck
• 225 g ground sirloin
• 4 tsp minced garlic
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
• 30 ml tomato paste
• 2 x 800 g cans cubed tomatoes
• 1 x 800 g tomato purée
• 500 ml chicken stock
• 2 bay leaves
• 6 thyme sprigs
• Pinch of sugar
• Salt & black pepper
• 680 g chourizo, sliced or cubed
• 900 g fresh ricotta
• 60 ml parsley, finely chopped
• 30 ml basil, finely chopped
• 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
• 450 g mozzarella, shredded
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 12 dried lasagna sheets
Method:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pot. Brown the beef and sirloin until fully cooked.
2️⃣ Add garlic, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Stir in tomato paste.
3️⃣ Add cubed tomatoes, tomato purée, stock, bay leaves, thyme, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 1½ hours until thickened.
4️⃣ In a separate pan, brown the chourizo until cooked through.
5️⃣ In a bowl, combine ricotta, parsley, basil, half the Parmesan, two-thirds of the mozzarella, salt, pepper, and egg.
6️⃣ Cook lasagna sheets until al dente, then drain and cool.
7️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C.
✨ Layering:
• Spread sauce in the bottom of the dish
• Add lasagna sheets
• Spread ricotta mixture
• Add chourizo and sauce
• Repeat layers
• Finish with sauce and remaining mozzarella & Parmesan
8️⃣ Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbling.
9️⃣ Rest for 20 minutes before serving.

🍝✨ Roman-Style Semolina Gnocchi (Gnocchi alla Romana) ✨🍝
A beautiful twist on classic gnocchi – soft, cheesy, and baked to golden perfection 😍 These Roman-style gnocchi are rich, comforting, and so much easier than traditional potato gnocchi. Perfect for impressing guests with minimal stress!
✨ Inspired by Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well – a true Italian classic 🇮🇹

👩‍🍳 Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 medium eggs
• 160 g fine semolina flour (Cavalieri Cheese)
• Pinch of salt
• 500 ml milk
• 40 g melting cheese (Gruberg or Asiago) (Cavalieri Cheese)
• 50 g butter, diced
• 40 g grated Parmesan cheese (Cavalieri Cheese)
Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, beat the eggs with semolina and a pinch of salt.
2️⃣ Slowly add the milk, mixing until smooth, then stir in the cheese.
3️⃣ Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick like porridge (about 5 minutes).
4️⃣ Spread the mixture onto a lightly wet tray and smooth to about 1 cm thick. Let it cool completely.
5️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a baking dish with a bit of butter.
6️⃣ Cut rounds using a cutter or glass and arrange them slightly overlapping in the dish.
7️⃣ Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle over Parmesan.
8️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
9️⃣ Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
