In the final tournament of the 2026 JFFC Season, the u10 to u16 competitions were hosted to a beautiful Overberg day where the sun was shining and the air crisp.

As we enter the final month of fixtures, we have double header weekends to finish the league, this weekend is the first of those.

It is now that fitness counts most.

CFF: OVERBERG REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP DIVISION: MATCHWEEK # 23 - RESULTS, LOG STANDINGS AND MAN OF THE MATCH AWARDS - 5 JULY 2026

With the SAFA Provincial playoffs over the weekend in Gansbaai, we only had two matches this past weekend.

In Hawston, home team Milan FC hosted Gouga United FC from Botriver. It was a one sided affair as the home team totally took control and rammed their advantage to gather 3 valuable log points by winning 7-1. Goals for Milan FC scored by Jason Yola (2), Eugene Storm (2), John-Lee Arendse (2) and Jacquin Paulsen (1). Gouga's goal was cored by Lindokuhle Xande. The Man of the Match Award went to Milan FC's Mitch Montague for his brilliant performance.

In Botriver, travelling Gansbaai team, Young Powerline FC needed to keep up their challenge for League honours when they faced Botriver Stars FC. They did exactly that by beating the local time by 4-0. Goals scored by Aviwe Rosani, Kgolwang Taoana, Tumelo Mofokeng, and Virnan May.
The Man of the Match Award went to Kgalemo Tsele for his stunning performance on the day.

As we enter the last month of League football, we will see a few double headers as we finalise the season.
