Thai massage is often called ‘Thai Yoga Massage’ because it blends an ancient healing system with acupressure, assisted passive yoga postures, compressions, meridian work, manipulations …..

The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear blockages and relieve tension. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to open joints, stretch muscles and tendons, tone internal organs and balance energy.

At Shen Mantra we mindfully fuse western knowledge with traditional eastern therapies and philosophies.
