The mission involved the rapid deployment of a complete field hospital, including modular buildings, supporting infrastructure, equipment, consumables, and regulated Dangerous Goods.

With aircraft availability limited, cargo requiring specialised packing configurations, and the final destination located approximately 950 km from the arrival airport, the project demanded meticulous planning and ex*****on from start to finish.

Our team developed a phased deployment strategy to ensure essential components arrived in the correct sequence—prioritising building structures first, followed by supporting infrastructure and finally medical and operational consumables. This approach enabled the receiving teams to begin establishing the facility immediately upon arrival.
