Burnout can have serious consequences on both your physical and mental health, so early intervention is crucial.
So, take a break this Christmas. Three weeks is ideal but even a complete switch-off over the festive season is valuable. If you can't get away, try to get into nature, go to the cinema, and visit new places. Just put yourself into different environments even if it is just for a few hours!
