Bluebird Coffee Roastery

This month we sent out the Cafe Granja La Esperanza Potosi Tres Dragones. FUNKY 🕺

We’re approaching it slightly differently on filter to get results that are balanced, clean and sweet while still expressing this coffees bold character. Luhle brews it on the Origami Brewer, 18g coffee to 300g water. We’ve found two things to be key when approaching this coffee on filter:
- Slightly wider ratio than normal
- Ground coarser than normal
