This bakery was established to complement the KuhlelKudla fresh produce project. Employment was appreciated and the bread and confectionery that emanated from that production line was just awesome - we are convinced it was because of the amazing fresh spring water on the property. The project was designed in such a way that the bread was to leave the bakery in the fresh produce trucks which would return having been filled with amazing fresh veggies and fruit which was to be marketed on behalf of the rural people.
