Two Missing Young Girls Found Barely Alive in Howick

Yesterday afternoon, at around 5pm, our teams received a distress call from a Greendales resident. The resident reported that two girls who had previously gone missing were found abandoned on the roadside, barely conscious.

Our teams arrived at the scene to find two teenage girls semi-conscious. Further investigations will reveal the nature of incident, as it initially appears they were drugged and abused - however this cannot be confirmed.

It is believed the teens were reported missing to Taylor's Halt police earlier this month.

Both were stabilised and transported to hospital for urgent medical attention.

Our teams visited Hilton Pre-Primary yesterday to conduct a show-and-tell for the little ones. They learnt so much about the lifesaving equipment we use everyday and had a chance to explore our ambulance.

We spent the morning with the little ones at Heritage Preschool in Howick yesterday, teaching them all about basic safety and doing a show-and-tell with all the lifesaving equipment we use everyday.

We're sure we created some memorable experiences, with the young pupils really excited to explore the ambulance, asking so many questions about the different equipment we use.

And our teams really treasured this experience as well!๐Ÿ˜Š
