Our unique Lamb breeding allows for this marbling to occur. Due to the terroir and location next to the sea, our lambs develop fine streaks of marbling, which adds that melt in your mouth sensation.

High in Omega 3’s and 6’s, these monounsaturated fats have added health benefits. So not just a tasty chop, but a healthier one as well.
