Reiki is a healing modality where the therapist can use life force energy to unblock energy centres/chakras which are blocked and out of balance.
These blockages can cause many illnesses which affect us not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
These blockages occur from our upbringing, how we are conditioned, what belief systems we have about ourselves, unhealthy patterns that are keeping us stuck and not allowing us to grow and evolve.

What makes me so passionate about being a reiki practitioner is that I love creating the space for awareness and empowering my clients on how they can create the life they want to live by seeing what is out of balance and having a deeper look into how their actions and choices are moulding their current situations and not serving them.
