Job Responsibilities:
•Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
•Maintain organized records, schedules, and documentation for ongoing projects.
•Compile reports using information received from team members and external sources.
•Capture and process quotes accurately for client requests and project proposals.
•Assist with invoicing, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
•Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members.
•Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
•Perform general office duties to support the team as needed.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
•Ability to compile reports and accurately capture quotes.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
