I bought a laptop in December for my daughter, she started using end of Feb. She used it less than 4 time the screen went blank I took it back so they could repair it after a month they sent me an sms to come and get a refund..... Mind you I bought it on special it was R5999 when I checked it when they told me about refund it was R7999 which I couldn't afford.

I went online and bought another laptop. A week later (today) they sent me an email telling me they can't fullfil my order they will organize a refund. They don't even say why they can't fullfil my order. I check again the price of the laptop it's up again so I have to top up, what the hell?

The thing is my daughter is without a laptop and she needs a laptop for her studies at Varsity, while Makro is playing mables.
Makro is a disappointment, I will never ever trust them!!!
