My Name is Dr Ado du Toit. I am a general practitioner and a Dr that is passionate about health education.
I invite you to join me in talking about your illness and health in an easy to learn,fun manner...No difficult talk-talk, and no "too -high-to-come-by stuff"...A conversational way of talking about Diabetes, Hypertension and other health matters.I hope to take you on a weekly talk about some aspects of various chronic diseases and create a platform for positive discussion.
PLEASE NOTE: These conversations do not in anyway replace your practitioner's advice and prescriptions. PLEASE! Discuss any questions or concerns that you might have with your Dr at ALL times.
Please message me on private message with questions and if you find something wrong or displeasing and I will attend to it.
Please note that I will do these talks as naturally as possible so that the conversation is "real"...

The Facebook Status Page always asks,"what have you been up to?" and to answer quite honestly, I must say that "hello To My Health!" has been in a hibernation mode for various reasons...BUT..............
"Winter is Over Baby!" and I am looking forward to helping people understand the illnesses that affect their health and lives in our Unique no reading,no Writing, Ain't that Exciting manners again!
