They came ready.
Twenty-six hand-picked faculty candidates gathered in Accra for the inaugural Pan-African Academy of Learning Train-the-Trainer program, and the room reflected exactly what the Pan-African Academy of Learning was built for: capable, committed people who take their development seriously.
The Pan-African Academy of Learning Train-the-Trainer program is the foundation of the Academy's internal faculty. Every graduate of this cohort becomes a multiplier, someone who takes what they have learned and delivers the same standard, the same rigour and the same energy in every room they walk into.
The formal Academy launch is still ahead, and with this group behind it, we cannot wait.
To Cohort 1: you set the bar. We are honoured to have been in the room with you.

A good coach does not arrive with a script and a fixed answer.
They listen closely. They notice patterns. They ask the question a leader may have been avoiding. They create enough trust for honest thinking, while still holding the standard required for genuine growth.
That is the work MCA's coaches bring to leaders and organisations across Africa, the Middle East and beyond. Not as consultants passing through with a framework, but as practitioners who have spent years working with real organisations under real pressure.
Executives at critical turning points. Teams working through culture gaps that have been there for years. Individual leaders doing the honest, personal work that changes how they lead and how they show up for the people around them.
The methodology matters. But it is the quality of the relationship, and the trust that builds inside it, that tends to produce the most lasting results.
If you are weighing up the right kind of support for a leader or a team, the best place to begin is a conversation. Reach out here: https://www.mcatraininginternational.com/reach-out-to-us/

A partnership built to last. And this week, it took an important step forward.
We are proud to share this moment with Dr Joseph Agyapong, Executive Chair of the Jospong Group of Companies, alongside MCA Training International CEO Raynor Boreham and COO Stefan Lessing, captured during the Pan-African Academy of Learning Train-the-Trainer program in Accra.
The Pan-African Academy of Learning is the joint corporate academy of MCA Training International and the Jospong Group of Companies. Built to serve leadership and technical capability development across Africa, aligned to the Jospong Group of Companies' LEAP Vision 20-30, which targets a growing network of African campuses through to 2030.
This week marked a meaningful milestone in the Academy's development. The first cohort of faculty candidates completed the Pan-African Academy of Learning Train-the-Trainer program. These are the people who will carry the curriculum forward, who will stand in front of rooms across the continent and deliver it with the same energy we witnessed this week.

Pressure does not build a leader's character. It reveals which parts of it are strong enough to survive discomfort.
When targets are missed, trust is strained or difficult news must be delivered, culture becomes visible. So does character. Values are the choices leaders make when honesty is costly and there is no easy answer.
This is why the starting point for any serious leadership development work is not skill-building. It is honest reflection. On what we actually stand for. On the gap between the leader we intend to be and the experience we create for the people around us.
That reflection is not always comfortable. But in our experience, it is almost always what produces the most meaningful and lasting change.
Growth that begins with honesty tends to hold.
