Volunteer Celebration

If you’ve volunteered at Shofar George in any capacity, this evening is for you.

On 16 September, we’re gathering to celebrate the people who serve so faithfully across the life of our church. It will be a chance to touch base, share vision, enjoy some good food, and simply kuier together.

We’re incredibly grateful for every person who gives their time, energy, gifts, and heart to help create space for others to encounter Jesus.

What a gift this Sunday was.

Patrick Rodriguez brought the Word across all three services, and God met us in it. His teaching on prophetic activation stirred something in the room, a reminder that God is always speaking, and that He invites us to lean in and listen.

Patrick reminded us that we were never meant to navigate this life alone. As the Body of Christ, we receive a fuller picture of God's heart together, and that togetherness requires humility, accountability, and wisdom in how we steward what God speaks.

Prophetic ministry isn't just about hearing God. It's about carrying what He says with love, with care, and with a healthy heart, so that what we share genuinely builds people up.
