Here's the low down on what's been happening during the month of August😎

So far 40 athletes have given the MountCo FKT presented by inov-8 South Africa a go!

With a week to go, here some of the stats:
Fastest time so far is set up by Bruce Rouillard in a time of 1 hour 11 minutes and 1 second.🏃‍♂ Jada Linström is currently the fastest lady in 1hour 13 minutes and 59 seconds.🏃‍♀️

The inov-8 South Africa decent fastest time is held by Nelius Smith in 13 minutes and 5 seconds and Jada Linström in 16 minutes and 37 seconds.💪

This competition is not about who is the fastest but how many times everyone gets out on the trails and completes this route. For every run you complete, you will be adding another ticket into the lucky draw.
Currently leading the pack is Jacques Mouton and Emma Rorke who have each completed the route 3 times👀

So its not over, you have a week to get in there and make your mark🤩
Lucky draw prizes include MountCo vouchers, 2 pairs inov8 shoes, buffs and caps.

We're getting inov8-ive for the month of August with a 10km Trail FKT!

There are fantastic lucky draw prizes available and the more you run the route, the better your chances are of winning!

You qualify for an entry into the lucky draw every time you complete the route.

HOW DO YOU ENTER?
All you need is access to Strava and some
Run the MountCo FKT route and upload your run to Strava.
Then follow and tag and in your social media posts.

GETTING A GRIP ON THE ROUTE:
This is an anti-clockwise circular route starting at the Fernridge gate and continuing onto Chernobyl, DMC, and Tonnelbos.

Please park your car at the Botanical Gardens and walk to the start.
