This Full Moon is encouraging you and others around you to infuse your thoughts and beliefs with warm, loving energy. It’s a chance to share feelings of excitement and freedom with your loved ones.
Chiron, the wounded healer, is preparing to move forward again after a long retrograde. The message of this shift is that it is s time for all of us to face our deepest pain and have the courage to accept ourselves and believe in our own power.
Some additional astrological influences affecting this Full Moon are that we're newly past the Solstice, a major turning point, and Mercury is Retrograde, encouraging us to go within and find simplicity, rather than seek distraction or overwork ourselves.
Neptune, Chiron, and Jupiter will all be moving in direct motion and on January 1, 2024 so will Mercury. This is creating a strong push toward optimism and renewed energy.
Even with a comforting, nurturing Full Moon such as this one, you might be overwhelmed by this energy.
At the same time, beware of certain pitfalls that may arise unexpectedly during this time, including having a dogmatic attitude that your truth is the only truth. Or letting your enthusiasm outweigh other people’s views. This energy can encourage wild and scattered behaviors and avoidance of responsibility, where the feeling of freedom becomes so compelling that you drop important commitments. Be aware of any hyperactive, impersonal or insensitive behaviors.
Right now, focus on the expanded awareness you have. There will be other times when you can implement the actions that you now know are worth taking.
While it’s valid to explore unknown sides of yourself, remember to consider others’ feelings and avoid coming on too strong with your truth or your discoveries. Remember that finding meaning and purpose is your journey - you don't need to convince others.
