MSI continued its Mental Health Awareness Winter School Drive at the Lutuka Winter School Centre, where four schools participated in the programme. During this session, learners engaged in discussions focused on stress management, equipping them with practical strategies to identify stress, manage emotions, and build healthy coping mechanisms. The session encouraged open conversations about mental well-being and reinforced the importance of seeking support when facing challenges.

MSI continued its Mental Health Awareness Drive at the Tsolo High Winter School Centre, this time focusing on the girls of the Matric Class of 2026. As young women are among the most vulnerable groups and are often at greater risk of experiencing mental health challenges, this session was both timely and essential.

The programme covered discussions on the sources of stress, practical stress management techniques, and strategies for maintaining emotional well-being. The session concluded with an inspiring motivational talk that encouraged the learners to believe in themselves, remain resilient, and stay focused on achieving their academic and personal goals.
