Happy Hippo Rooftop Bar

On the 31st August this year, we had the privilege of hosting AfroGong on our rooftop! We welcomed the likes of Suthu Makiwane, Onele Makiwane, Lekko Sibisi, Mpume Zikode, Siyabonga Makhoba, Junior Thulani Shange, Melusi Bhunu Kubheka and Sandile Shazi.

We are extremely proud and happy to anounce that we are hosting a fringe event to the Durban International Blues Festival 2019 this Wednesday 18th September 2019.
We have the priviledge to be hosting:
'The YAMIL JACOBO TRIO' from Argentina they are featured International Guest artists at this year’s Festival –along with Canadian PAT SAVAGE.'
Come and meet them in an informal get together on the ROOF TOP at the HAPPY HIPPO.
Starting at 7 pm- tickets are R50 per person and available at the door.
You may pack a picnic basket and there is a CASH BAR available.

OOh Yes, It's that time again!
We are so excited about the upcoming world cup that we will be showing every game. The bar will be open and we will have breakfast on the go for the early games.
