Employers are using tools like MyInterview.com to screen/interview candidates. This kind of interview is very different to In Person Interviews so:

- Get to the point! There will be a time limit which you can see on the screen.
- You will be given at least 30 seconds to think about your answer.
- Don't feel you have to say more than you have to because you still have time. This can reduce the quality of your response.
- Depending on how the employer has setup the interview they may allow you to 'retake' an answer to a question.
- Prepare! Get someone to ask you questions that cannot be rehearsed.
- Video record yourself to see how you would come across to anyone viewing your Video Interview. Ask someone to give their impression.
