Peak season has started.

I have been reading with interest all the various criticisms over the past few days. Just please note that this is not an official Fastway Couriers page and I am not authorised to speak for or on behalf of Fastway Couriers. I operate Fastway Couriers in the Durban CBD only. I try to give my customers a good service and this is their forum to interact with me. I believe it will result in a better service for them. While I can't do much about what's happening in Joburg or PE or wherever else I can follow up on issues in Durban by bringing them to the attention management or the relevant courier to sort out. I don't really have a problem with people venting their frustration at poor service levels because this is after all part of what social media is all about.

Our depot has moved from Springfield Park to Phoenix Industrial Park resulting in some unexpected problems with deliveries to South Coast, North Coast and PMB. We are working to resolve them. Also there is a delay with Telkom getting our phones up and running.
