HIV sero-discordant couples are a major source of new infection in sub-Saharan Africa. Incidence rates among the uninfected partner is can be as high as 25 per person. Theres is therefore an urgent need for intervention to reduce transmission rates in sero-discordant couples. Study published November 2015 by Michael Carter on " Counselling for HIV sero-discordant couples associated with reduction in HIV risk behaviour.

We were still operating our activism from Old Fold Street, when Thabo Cele joined the group. A very quite and humbly guy, he was very much groomed from Black Consciousness Movement at Hamarsdale. Later we deployed him to TAC in Durban offices, he became one of my favorite literacy & treatment facilitator in the province. May God be with his family and loved ones. RIP Comrade!
