After a few months spent fishing the fresh water , Riyaadh decided to take on the salt once again and ended up hooking into 2 beautiful Oxeye Tarpon in local waters 🔥

These acrobatic fish gave him a good tussle on the ultra light set up 👌🏻

Mcarthy Jerk Minnow

Upon figuring out the carp feeding pattern, Riyaadh decided to have a bit of fun and attempt to catch one on a 7ft rod with 10lb braid ! After a 10 minute wait he went tight with this beautiful 2.5kg mirror carp 😍. Another one for the books!

Fish was safely released 🔁

What better way to end the year than with a new species ! This feisty garfish is a species that had eluded us for years, however, it seemed destined that we would tick it off our 2023 catch list as it bit the McArthy paddle tail towards the very end of our last session of the year 🙌🏻
