We prepare all your food 7 days a week. All you have to do is eat what we give you.

We deliver every Saturday our frozen package to Despatch, Uitenhage, Port Elizabeth, JBay and Kirkwood.

It includes all 3 meals per day, You just HEAT AND EAT

Cost per week R700 per week for 28 days.
