Is Your Meter Upgraded? Don’t Get Caught in the Dark! ⚡

From 24 Nov 2024, prepaid meters that haven’t been upgraded will stop accepting tokens due to the TID Rollover—a global initiative to reset the token system and keep your meter secure. 💡

Here’s how you can check your meter in 3 easy steps:

1️⃣ Enter the test token 1844 6744 0738 4377 2416 OR use your meter's short codes:

Hexing: 873 then Enter
Conlog: #005 #
Landis+Gyr: i 057 OR if your meter has a red button: 005 then Red Button OR i then 005

2️⃣ Check the result:

2.2 or 2 = Upgraded
1.2 or 1 = NOT upgraded – Contact us ASAP for an upgrade!

3️⃣ Look at your last prepaid slip:

If it shows KRN1, your meter is NOT upgraded.
If it shows KRN2, your meter is upgraded.
