Maintenance Monday
Landscape Tip:
Always combine contrasting colors and leaf shapes to create interest - each plant will be appreciated for its own uniqueness, but limit your planting pallette to 5-10 plants that require similar growing conditions.

3.5m concrete water feature in a single cast. 2 tons were hand-mixed and filled in layers to create variation in the finish, and I must say the marbled effect on this piece is impressive. Looking forward to seeing it with lush vegetation, and its natural, aging patina.

Same angle shot, after and before. This garden was on a 24° slope with a drop of 3.2 meters at its lowest point. With meticulous design, the garden was devided into segments that literally cut into the landscape, therfore giving us the opportunity to fill up and level the platforms around the house for better use of the space.
