This lockdown has truly been a journey for me.

One moment im busy preparing for Tokyo 2020 olympics and the next moment this pandemic hit the world.

No matter what happens to you, or what situation you are in, you'll always be able to find opportunity in crisis if you focus on the present moment, and your choice of action. Play the long game and build daily.

I have grown so much as an individual during this time, simply because I blocked out the noise and focused only on my own alignment, as well as the people who choose to grow with me.
