Meet the beautiful Henley!
This gorgeous Cocker Spaniel girl has been coming to PAWS for physiotherapy to help keep her comfortable and moving as well as possible while managing both IVDD and hip dysplasia.
Henley is also our first case at PAWS where we’ve seen IVDD being managed conservatively with epidural Celestone injections, and she is doing so well!
And while Henley absolutely adores her treats (a girl after our own hearts!), she is also a lady who knows exactly what she likes… and who she likes 🤣 Once you’ve passed the Henley approval process, though, you’re in very good company.
We think she is absolutely gorgeous, feisty, fabulous and very much her own girl, and we’re so happy to be part of her journey towards greater comfort and mobility.
Meet Casmo🐾
While her sister Abby works hard during her physiotherapy sessions, Casmo faithfully attends as the official Emotional Support Sister™. Her duties include supervising, taste-testing all available treats, and providing a running commentary on absolutely everything.
Casmo is a wonderfully contradictory little lady. She'll happily lick up treats you give her, while simultaneously grumbling at you, and even head scratches are met with a soundtrack of dramatic rumbles. Is she complaining? Is she saying thank you? We'll never truly know... but one thing's for certain: she's a spicy little lady with opinions, and she's not afraid to share them! 😂
We wouldn't have our delightfully vocal little supervisor any other way. ❤️
