CX or Customer Experience rely on how employees at all levels engage with our customers. This in return requires employees to be engaged with our business. Engaged employees are invaluable assets that should not be overlooked. These employees help companies succeed by triggering a virtuous cycle that drives both good customer experience (CX+) and strong business results. If they are not engaged, we better do something about it, because the opposite is unfortunately also true. Disengaged employees will disengage our customers, cause a downwards cycle of bad customer experiences (CX-) and drive business results down. How engaged are you and your employees?
