Part 1/3 Preparation

his beautiful transformation took a lot of preparation, so stay tuned for all three posts to see the final outcome including the details.

We started by removing the old kitchen and removing the three walls to create an updated beautiful open space.
Ceilings, tiles, windows and doors were removed and ultimately relocated and redone.
With the ceilings, we replaced the old ceiling with new boards that was rhinolighted and then new lights were installed.
The tiling was upgraded by removing the old and tired tiles to stunning new big 600X600 light grey Hamilton tiles, in order to create a much better feeling of space.
The walls were removed and then rhinolighting done, additional plug fittings installed and the whole area was repainted…. Some odd names for paint were discovered, and we ultimately chose “Vape” from Duram paints.
Plumbing and electrical wire was rerouted and moved to more appropriate locations throughout the space.
Windows and doors were replaced by Swartland products.

Our next proud installation in 3️⃣, 2️⃣, 1️⃣ 📣 ....

A whole room just for her‼️‼️

This bedroom, created to be an independent Walk-In closet just for her, features some amazing finishes, incl:
* Black Aluminum, PG Bison’s Allegria, and EEZi Quarts Callacata Fine.
* Two single cupboards with one door each, integrated LED lights connected to Sonoff switches.
* Two shelfs, chrome hanging rails makes up the top section.
* The bottom section features a large drawer as well as a smaller drawer for shoes on the bottom level.
* The large corner unit with double hanging rails in both directions giving a lot of hanging space.
* The bottom has 2 large drawers as well as two smaller drawers for shoes, the same as the single units. Here we added a hidden section that is big enough for 2 large suitcases that can be stored out of site.
* The smaller unit to the right has a small top cupboard with a shelf and also includes very unique item…. The LG Styler Mirror Door Steam Closet. This unit is able to steam, sterilize and purify your clothing as well as a function to do the same for the entire room.
* On the far right, we installed a full length mirror with LED lighting and hidden touch sensor that allows the user to dim and bright the lights without compromising the look of having a bulky switch in the way...NICE!!!!
* The rest of the room also features a large drawer unit with an electrical pop up that doubles as a wireless charger
* We also added a dresser section with electrical pop up, that includes a smart Bluetooth mirror and two drawers. One drawer is standard while the side drawer has an electrical plug as well as a dedicated space for hairdryer and other utensils to be hidden away neatly.
* All doors are black aluminum doors with 8mm tempered and tinted glass.
* All drawers are soft close as standard and has the Black Gola handle system throughout.

This was such a fun and exciting project.
