Last week, Grade 10–12 learners from across Gauteng joined our Job Shadowing program, where they got a front-row seat to the diverse roles and teams within the Optimi group.

By opening our doors to them, we hope to inspire, guide, and equip the next generation to make good professional choices. Programmes like this bridge the gap between education and the workplace – empowering young minds.
