When should I take whey protein concentrate?
-Often recommend taking a protein supplement 15–60 minutes after exercise. This time frame is known as the “anabolic window” and said to be the perfect time for getting the most out of nutrients like protein

-Whey protein concentrate in this form is used in many supplemental/nutritional products. Each WHEY form has different amounts of lactose (a sugar found in milk) and fat, depending on its intended use.

-WHEY-Isolate. Whey is processed to REDUCE its fat and lactose content, leaving mainly protein. Whey protein isolate may be better for people who have trouble digesting lactose (lactose intolerance). But it’s not for people with milk allergies.

-WHEY-Hydrolysate. When whey protein is hydrolyzed, its protein chains are broken down, which makes it easier to digest.
-DUE to WHEY-isolate & hydrolysate being the more processed versions of WHEY-concentrate, It is also the least cost effective form of consuming PROTEIN.
