On 24 September 2022, Heritage Day, Front Row Afrika Foundation will be hosting South African musician: drummer and composer Tumi Mogorosi for a memorable performance and experience to enjoy good music from his older and new music.

Tumi Mogorosi is a renowned South African drummer, scholar and activist whose work is rooted in the crux of Blackness and Black Liberation. Tumi explores Black Liberation through looking into Black tradition as the centre of focus on his work and further articulates his findings through his music and academia.

Tumi has three successful albums and has recently released his new album Group Theory: Black Music.

On the 24th we will be offered music from Tumi Mogorosi and given an overall glorious experience of our heritage through music at a fun family friendly outdoor venue enjoying good sounds of music in the sun 🎶
