Your mind Is Your Biggest Enemy, Sometimes!

When starting a new venture, you are faced with a number of obstacles. Of all the obstacles that you face the biggest one is yourself, your MIND. It's minding you!

Our minds are engineered to reject change. The bigger the venture, the bigger the change and, subsequently, your mind will certainly do it's best to derail you.

As soon as you start feeling a tad of resistance such as procrastinating, doubting yourself, feeling the urge to check your phone for no apparent reason, wanting to read the news, posting on Facebook, taking another break..... know that you are very close to your goal and your mind is doing it's bit to ensure that you don't reach that goal.

Use those cues as guides and you are guaranteed success.

For every time the mind tries to distract you, know that success is eminent. Use those cues to your advantage.
