Heal with Holy Spirit ✨

I have this gift of healing — I’ve always had it.
I got it from my Momma. 💛

It’s not an easy gift to carry, but if I could choose again, I would choose it still. Through all my own traumas, I remembered that I had to go through the darkness to get to the light. It came to me like breathing — so natural I thought everyone could do it. However, I later learned that not everyone can.

This gift is sacred. It’s guided by the Holy Spirit — through touch, through energy, through prayer, and through stillness.
Now, as an integrative therapist, I combine Tactile Therapy and EFT Tapping to help others heal from deep trauma, grief, and suicidal thoughts.

This time of year can feel heavy. Family stress rises, old wounds reopen, and loneliness can creep in quietly. 💔 Death is not new to me, but I much prefer Joy. And peace beyond human understanding, don't you?

From November to January, I’m opening space for Healing Sessions — a time to rest, release, and reconnect to peace.
The healing itself is free, but my time and energy are valued at $150 for a 60-minute session.

Hi everyone! My Short online TA workshops have proven to be immensely popular, and I will be doing another round of workshops next week and the week after.

A bit more about the workshops:

You will learn a practical model of the personality/psyche that you can apply to understand yourself better, and to examine how decisions and beliefs from childhood still impact your life, world-views, and options today.

TA (Transactional analysis) is particularly suitable for examining your own beliefs about the world, other people and yourself, as well as your values and motivators. It allows you to gain insight into the self-destructive inner critic and find ways to combat the tendency to be your own worst enemy. This is what the first workshop covers.

The second workshop applies the model to relationships to help you understand what happens when arguments go wrong, and why people seem to end up making the same relationship mistakes over and over again. This includes looking at healthy communication and collaborative relationship skills.
