We had been contacted by an internal Loss Adjuster from a short-term Insurance company to sort out constant leaking to one of their clients roofs. Several repair attempts was made by other panel contractors but the leaks continued. We installed a rubber boot and aluminium flashing under the roof tiles and the leaks was repaired. No future maintenance will be required around the chimney flue.

Managing Agent contacted us regarding constant leaking into the offices of industrial buildings in Muizenberg.
We inspected the roof and found that the water is seeping in between the side wall flashing and the parapet walls. A previous contractor had tried to repair these areas with Flash-Ban water proofing. We suggested that we cover the parapet walls with Barge Flashing. This will solve the waterproofing issues and the maintenance that needs to be done on the parapet walls.

Due to strong winds, a tree blew over and fell onto a roof in the Bothasig area. The affected Asbestos Big 6 Roof sheets and gutter had been replaced.
