Since 2017, the AWIEF Awards have recognised and celebrated Africa’s women entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders who are driving innovation, creating jobs, and contributing to the continent’s economic growth.

This year, the Awards categories have been refined to reflect Africa’s evolving entrepreneurial ecosystem, including the introduction of the Male Ally Award, recognising male leaders advancing women’s economic empowerment and leadership.
