What an amazing morning engaging our bodies and connecting with who God has created us to be. We were challenge physically, mentally and spiritually. Our bodies are a temple and we need to treat it that way.
1 Cor 3v16-17
[16] Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?
What a fun time we had moving today.
