🚨 Incident Report – Quick Response & Arrest 🚨

While on duty in the Parow area, our officer received a message via a work WhatsApp group regarding a housebreaking incident. 📱

The client provided footage showing a suspect cutting wires at the back of the property, gaining access, and stealing items. 🎥🔌

Our officer immediately recognized the suspect from prior knowledge of the area and began searching for him. 👀

The suspect was later located walking nearby and was successfully apprehended. 👮‍♂️

SAPS was contacted, and the suspect was handed over for further processing. 🚓

🚨 ARREST IN THORNTON 🚨

Our response team acted swiftly following reports of a suspect involved in theft at a site in Thornton. 👮‍♂️

While on duty, our officer received a radio call regarding an unknown individual who had gained access to a guard room through a window. Upon arrival, the suspect was located matching the given description and found in possession of stolen items, including a microwave, LED monitor, and a knife belonging to the premises. 🔌📺🔪

The suspect was questioned on-site and later apprehended while awaiting backup. 🚓 Once authorities arrived, the individual was handed over along with the recovered items. ✅

🚨 Stolen Property Recovered in Thornton – Swift Response by Zonewatch Officer 🚨

On Thursday, 19 February 2026, while on patrol in the Epping area, Zonewatch Security Officer Davids received an alert regarding two suspects seen leaving a soccer field in Thornton carrying a ladder.

The officer immediately responded to the area and conducted follow-up inquiries with the soccer field manager. Shortly thereafter, updated suspect descriptions were received, enabling the officer to locate and identify one of the individuals at the nearby informal settlement.

Upon investigation, the suspect was found in possession of a white nylon bag containing cut aluminium ladder pieces. Further questioning led to the identification of a second suspect. Both individuals admitted to removing the ladder from the soccer field premises.

The complainant positively identified the recovered ladder pieces as his stolen property.

SAPS was contacted, and both suspects were handed over along with the recovered goods for further investigation.
