Educators and researchers from Canada and Nigeria recently came together at the Innovating Teaching and Learning in the Digital Age: Research, Practice, and Pedagogical Futures international symposium, to explore how digital pedagogies and low‑cost innovations are reshaping modern teaching and learning.

Open AIR QES alumnus, Norris Erhabor, delivered an insightful presentation on teachers’ experiences with low‑cost educational materials in science and environmental education. Norris brought an important international perspective on how practical, affordable instructional strategies enhance classroom practice and learner engagement, especially in contexts where resources are limited.

Congratulations to Norris and to all participants and organizers for advancing conversations about the future of teaching and learning in a digital world!
