On Offer:

• Salary up to R12000 monthly
• Weekly incentives
• 2 Saturdays off if target has been reached.
• No Sundays.
• No shifts

Store Operators Job Description:

Where applicable ensure that Junior Manger is performing the tasks below. It is your responsibility to make sure that the
Junior staff in your team are complying with their job descriptions. The onus is on you to make sure that the kitchen is
running at an optimal level.

 Opening & Closing of Restaurant- perform all duties on checklist and ensure all duties are done
 Daily EFT Sheet –to be completed at 4pm
 Daily Cash-ups of waitrons
 Final Cash-up of POS system (When working night shift)
 Smooth service – breakfast, lunch & dinner. Ensure that all are following steps of service, check on guest
and ensure that food and bev is up to standard
 Correct ambience in the kitchen- music, lighting, general noise level
 Always ensuring a hygienic environment for staff and guests.
 Checking with guest if they had a good meal and enjoyed their time with us
 Out of Stocks communication with Staff
 Counts and imputing of invoices onto count sheet
 Ensure Staff notices are put up
 Training of FOH Staff- upselling, etiquette, steps of service, F&B knowledge
 Daily meeting/check in, use clip board method and educate staff on company philosophy.
 Allocating waitrons sections for their shift.
 Ensuring staff always looks presentable when coming on shift and has all require tools including float
 Informing staff of any menu changes
