Are you ready to take charge of large-scale E&I installations in mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial environments?

We're searching for a seasoned E&I Site Manager to lead dynamic projects across the continent. If you're a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in high-performance environments, this is your opportunity.
🔩 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Oversee on-site electrical & instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning
✅ Lead & mentor multi-disciplinary site teams
✅ Ensure full SHEQ compliance and adherence to project specs
✅ Engage with clients, engineers & key project stakeholders
✅ Control budgets, resources & timelines
✅ Interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams
📐 What You’ll Bring:
🎓 Electrical/Instrumentation trade or engineering qualification
🛠️ 10-15 years’ experience in site/project management
⚡ Expertise in HV/MV systems and process instrumentation
🧠 Strong leadership & problem-solving capabilities
💻 Proficiency in MS Office & MS Projects
🧳 Willing to travel to remote project sites
