Restoring Humanity

On June 16 - We spent the day in Chatsworth, Malmesbury, with an incredible group of young people for a workshop on Identity and relationships with others. It was a space to reflect on who we are, how we see ourselves, and how we relate to those around us.

We explored the layers of our lives—the things we repeat to ourselves, the labels we carry, and the person we are trying to become. Sometimes, it feels like we are just copying the same lines over and over, but today we took a step back to look at the bigger picture.

The energy in the room was amazing. We saw vulnerability, strength, and a shared desire to grow. It’s a reminder that our relationship with ourselves is the foundation for every other relationship we have.
