Converted HTML website to Drupal 7.
HTML websites look was favored so created a theme for scratch consisting of own CSS / regions / node & page templates.
Then tweaked website to look a bit more outstanding with my CSS/CSS3 tricks.
The theme development was focused on parallax look and function.
Added contact form.
