ATM Chiptuning CPT

This stock SVR came to us for a serious mechanical and electronic upgrade. The plan was straightforward: maximise the boost capacity and back it up with precision tuning.

We installed an upgraded supercharger pulley to increase blower speed and force more air into the engine, then flashed ATM's Stage 2 software calibration to tie the entire setup together safely. This allows the engine to fully utilise all that extra air, unleashing a massive jump from the factory 423kW and 790Nm up to a relentless 453kW and 880Nm.

By changing the pulley ratio and rewriting the ECU mapping, we completely transformed the power delivery. The acceleration is now instant, relentless, and exactly how a supercharged V8 should feel when you step on the gas.

M2 back in the workshop. A familiar face, and it’s always good to see them return, this time for a scheduled maintenance and diff service.

We know and love these N55s having worked on them for over a decade now. We know what they need and where to look.

Another Ranger in the workshop for an ATM software upgrade. We loaded our tried and tested ATM Stage 1 calibration onto this 2019 Stormtrak and handled the EGR code-out while it was here. Did the due diligence and datalogged it under load and made sure we are happy.

The 2.0Bi-Turbo motors have decent power out the box, but a proper ATM software calibration completely changes how they deliver torque. We dialed this one in to a safe, reliable 183 kW and 613 Nm, making a massive difference to how it will pull when loaded up or towing.
