What is WXV?
In 2023, World Rugby launched WXV, a groundbreaking three-tier annual global competition for women’s international 15s rugby. Success in this tournament is crucial, as it can significantly impact teams' chances of qualifying for the 2025 World Cup.

Who’s Competing?
Cape Town is proud to host the second tier of WXV, featuring:
Australia, Italy, Japan, Scotland, Wales, South Africa.

When?
Round 1: September 27 - 28
Round 2: October 4 - 5
Round 3: October 11 - 12

Where?
Cape Town - Athlone Stadium and Cape Town Stadium.
