Here is a sneak peak of what we got up to.

On Wednesday the team and I had the rare opportunity to set up a unique safari themed wedding for an incredible couple on Table Mountain.
Henri who runs a 4x4 wine experience to special locations, had the permit to take us up and set up. A massive thank you to the Explore Sideways for this opportunity.
Congratulations Damon and Tanisha. You are such a beautiful happy couple.

This is what we got up to over the weekend in preparation for this special day

The Culinary Project recently catered for a 21st at a private home in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. Canapés to start off with followed by churning out 30 pizzas on a portable earth stone pizza oven heated by hot coals. Pizza of the day - slow roast lamb, caramalized onion, tomato and origanum. Ending off the meal were orange and chocolate profiteroles that were decadently filled. Very happy clients. Thanks Abigail for the opportunity.
