𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆

We are seeking a Lighting Sales Representative at MultiSource Technologies to sell lighting products and solutions to customers, with understanding their needs, and providing expert advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Meet sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and designers
- Conduct site visits to assess lighting needs and provide recommendations
- Present lighting solutions and products to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and operations
- Manage sales records, reports, and customer interactions

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain database of client information and sales activities
- Provide feedback to the product development team
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Basic knowledge of lighting principles, products, and applications
- Familiarity with industry software and technology (e.g., lighting design software)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a Lighting related field preferred (e.g. interior home / business, retail design stores)

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills and understanding of lighting metrics (e.g., lumens, watts)

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
- Work in a retail, showroom, or office setting
- Frequently travelling to customer sites, conferences, and training events
- May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Monday to Friday would be your standard working week

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- This role has a basic salary and is commission driven
- Petrol allowance will be offered
- Reliable personal car required
- Working hours is 8am to 5pm
