💫Informative and inspiring movement workshops ranging from pole dance and aerial arts to floorwork, contemporary dance and choreography

What to bring:

🌀Your lovely self
🌀Comfortable clothing (workshop appropriate - ask the facilitator if you’re unsure)
🌀A big bottle of water and a sweat towel
🌀A change of clothing for afterwards if you like
